- You must obtain and maintain your own API keys for these services
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content produced by these services
5. Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rut and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Any code, workflows, or content you create using the Application remains your property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Fitness for a particular purpose

- Accuracy or reliability of any content generated through the Application

- Any damages resulting from code generated or modified using the Application

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rut and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
- Your use of the Application
- Your violation of these Terms

- Any content or code you generate using the Application
